Contact Form Guidelines
- If you don’t know the answer to any field or the Contact’s email, phone, last name, etc – leave the field blank. Do not put NA, None, unknown, ?, .., or any other description. Please just leave blank. If the field is required (as designated by an asterisk)…..you’ll need to find that information before entering the contact. The field is required for a reason.
- Please ensure you are double checking email addresses – do you have an @ sign and a .com or .net – no spaces should be in the email.
- For the State/Province – please make sure you are entering these correctly as this controls the routings for all form submissions going forward.
- Please do not capitalize all letters for the fields. I.e. JOHN SMITH. These contacts all need to be manually changed.
