Purpose:

This form is used to notify the Product Management Executive Group of changes to truck models that we currently support with aftermarket accessories. The intent is to flag the truck make/model experiencing a change and identify which of our existing products or product lines require modification, test-fit, or updates to ensure continued compatibility and availability with the new OE release.
